Data Deletion Instructions

If you have connected your Facebook account to EG CRM and would like to request deletion of your data associated with the application, you can follow the instructions below.
Option 1 – Delete Data via EG CRM Account
Users can delete their data by:

Logging into their EG CRM account

Navigating to Account Settings

Selecting Disconnect Social Media Accounts

Removing the connected Facebook Page
This will revoke Facebook permissions and remove stored tokens.
Option 2 – Request Full Data Deletion
You may request deletion of all stored data associated with your account by contacting us.
Please send an email to:
Include the following information:

Your registered email address
-
Your business name
-
Subject line: Facebook Data Deletion Request
Our team will process your request within 7 business days.
Option 3 – Remove Access via Facebook
You can also remove EG CRM access directly from Facebook.

Go to Facebook Settings

Navigate to Apps and Websites
-
Find EG CRM
-
Click Remove
Once removed, EG CRM will no longer have access to your Facebook data.
Data Deletion Confirmation
After your request is processed:

Access tokens will be revoked
-
Connected pages will be removed
-
Stored Facebook data will be deleted from our servers
